Convert any format

Format convert changes a photo to JPG, PNG, WEBP, BMP, TIFF, ICO and more. A live estimate shows the new file size before you save. iPhone HEIC photos open on Android 9 and newer. Some formats can be read but not written on Android (HEIC and GIF output, for example). In that case Pixelize saves a JPG or PNG and tells you in the app.

Compress & resize

Make photos smaller for WhatsApp, Instagram, forms or email. Choose the quality and the longest side, and compare the original size with the new size before you save. Your original is not changed.

AI background remover Pro

AI mode cuts out people, pets and objects. It uses an AI model (BiRefNet Lite) that runs on your phone through ONNX Runtime. The model is about 90 MB and downloads once, then works offline. Quick mode is a fast colour-based method for plain and studio backgrounds. After the cut-out, fix edges with the Tap, Erase and Restore brushes, then save a transparent PNG or WEBP.

PDF tools

• Image to PDF: combine photos into a PDF.
• PDF to image: save PDF pages as pictures.
• PDF to text: copy the text of a PDF. It works only on PDFs that contain real text. Scanned PDFs show a clear message because Pixelize has no OCR.
• Text to PDF: write or paste text and save it as a PDF.

Edit tools

Every tool is a full-screen editor with a big canvas, pinch to zoom, before/after compare and undo.

• Crop: free or fixed ratios and rotate.
• Round image: rounded corners, circle and borders.
• Filters: ten looks.
• Watermark Pro: your own text with position, size, opacity and rotation.
• Glitch art Pro: RGB split, VHS, pixel sort and more.
• Image info: size, EXIF and a warning if a photo contains GPS location.

Select hundreds of photos and let Pixelize work in the background. A progress notification (with Cancel) keeps the job running if you leave the app or lock the screen.

• In-app gallery with albums and numbered multi-select. Or use the system photo picker.
• Full screen viewer: swipe between photos, pinch or double-tap to zoom, share with one tap.
• Output files: everything you saved, filtered by Images, PDF and Other. Open, share or delete.

Six themes: Aurora, Midnight, Sunset, Paper, Mint and Lavender. Each comes in Light and Dark, or choose Auto to follow your phone.
